Structured email addresses

The new structured email addresses were implemented on the 1st of October 2018. The addresses of the main offices of the Society were created and sent to the confreres who bear those offices for activation. For various reasons, some have not been able yet to activate their new email addresses. In the list below, you will find the list of addresses which were created. If they appear in green, it means they have been activated, which does not necessarily mean the owners are using them. If they appear in red, they haven’t been activated yet. I’ll continue to encourage the confreres concerned to activate them.

I will also prepare an updated version of the setup of the new email addresses (G Suite accounts is the right name for it) and especially an updated version of the incorporation of the old addresses into the newly created G Suite accounts.

I strongly encourage all those who have activated their new account to use them regularly, to ensure the success of the project.

Lastly, a little explanation. If you see the sign > in front of a name, it means that the new address exist and can be used, but it will be redirected to the main address of the person who bears that office, in order not to overload the person with too many email boxes.
