informs you of the return to the Lord of Father
André Monnier
on 11th February 2018 at the hospital of Isle-Adam
at the age of 95 years, of which 68 years of missionary life
in Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger and France.

Milestones of Father André Monnier’s life
André was born on the 17th July 1922 in Belfort, in the Diocese of Besançon in France. He entered the Spiritual Year on the 25th September 1946 in Carthage (Tunisia) where he continued his theological training and took his Missionary Oath on the 30th January 1950. He was ordained to the priesthood on the 28th June of the same year in Thibar, 130 kilometers South-West of Tunis.
