who died on Friday the 10th of March 2017
at Sherbrooke at the age of 89 years
of which 62 years of Missionary Life in Zambie and in Canada.

Milestones of Father Léopold Lalonde’s Life
A Canadian Citizen, Léopold Lalonde was born on the 3rd of September 1927 at St-Clet in the Diocese of Valleyfield. He began his Spiritual Year on the 11th August 1949 at St-Martin, took his Missionary Oath on the 9th June 1954 at Monteviot where he was ordained to the priesthood on the 4th January 1955.
