Luigi Costa
on Thursday 19th November 2018 in Castelfranco (Italy)
at the age of 81, of which 54 years of missionary life
in Italy and in Rwanda.

Milestones in Father Luigi Costa’s life
Luigi was born on the 27th of July 1937 in the little town of Bassano del Grappa, in the Diocese of Aosta, Northern Italy. He was admitted to the Novitiate of the White Fathers on the 11th of September 1960 in Gap (France). He then pursued his training in Heverlee (Belgium) where he took his solemn missionary oath on the 28th of June 1964. He was ordained to the priesthood in the Cathedral Church of his diocese of origin on the 25th of June 1965. He died suddenly during the night of 29th of November in Castelfranco where he had retired.
